Service assistance may be obtain
by calling 940-382-2934.
A verbal PO # will be required to initiate a service call followed
by a hard copy before leaving the site.
Field Service: Basic hourly rate (8 hr. day) $120.00/hr.
Overtime /Saturday/Sunday/and Holiday $180.00/hr.
Extraordinary Services: Services such as training courses at
customer premises, consulting services or any other extraordinary
technical support, are available upon request at which time the
cost will be determined according to the scope of the service.
Standard Hourly Rate: For each hour traveled and /or worked,
up to 8 hours per day, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday
through Friday.
Living/Lodging Expenses: $120 per diem for overnight stays.
Air Fare/Rental Car: Billed at cost, adjusted according
to number of calls in the area and length of stay at customer's
site.
Incidental Travel Expenses: Company automobile cost at 20 cents/mile,
all other expenses billed at cost in addition to the above rates. |
